Pesky signs!

Without looking at the lede -- how many hyphens, and where?

FLINT — Gov. Rick Snyder visited Flint Friday and signed legislation that will require Michigan communities to be notified much more quickly than Flint was about elevated lead levels in their drinking water.

Suppose it might be more interesting to talk about what the law does, rather than the procedural tedium of what the governor did?
