Sneaking off and sneaking back
Nothing like a dram of Fox News, neat, to close out the weekend, is there? Behold the lede story Sunday evening and see if it puts you in mind of anything.
'Hey you!' he said roughly. 'What are you up to?'
'Nothing, nothing,' said Gollum softly. 'Nice Master!'
'I daresay,' said Sam. 'But where have you been to -- sneaking off and sneaking back, you old villain?'

The Huffington Post used the same sort "sneaky" headline. What is Arianna's excuse?
I don't know. I'm completely baffled. Now I note that "sneaked" seems to have snuck its way into an AP lede and suggested hed as well.
Maybe nobody told Arianna that it's OK to whack AP ledes? And that using AP suggested heds is banned by all right-thinking people?
Did he wear a cape, and pull it up to his eyes, and go out the back door, and flit down the alley?
It was kind of hard to tell what he was wearing. Apparently he befuddled all the witnesses with clouds of marijuana smoke, then escaped while his wife made water on the American flag. Fox reports, you decide!
